Alrike Wales

Ally Wales joined the team in August 2024 as an Executive Assistant. She was born and raised in South Africa where she graduated with degrees in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts. She has always loved to travel and decided to embark to the South of France, where she joined the Superyacht industry as a Head Chef.

After working in Europe she crossed the ocean to the US, where she spent time on the East Coast, The Bahamas, Caribbean and Bermuda. When she returned to South Africa with the knowledge gained as a Chef and managing the interior of 150ft to 300ft boats, she opened a restaurant. Once the restaurant was up and running she made her way to California to continue her culinary journey, where she then met her wonderful husband.

Gaining the knowledge and skills of working in high pressured environments for high end clients where exceptional eye for detail, organization, multitasking, problem solving, budgeting, planning, managing, leading and communication is key- Ally then started her career as an Executive Assistant for the CEO of a privately owned Tax Firm.

In 2023 the firm merged with Andersen Tax where she joined as an Executive Assistant to multiple Managing Directors and then claimed the title of Executive Client Team Support Associate in 2024. Ally welcomed her beautiful baby boy into the world in September of 2023. He is the greatest joy in her life.

Ally loves spending time with her family and her Chocolate Labrador, Remi. She enjoys traveling, cooking for loved ones and taking on new projects like refurbishing furniture where she can let her creativity flow.
